Unfortunately I don't see the most important rating listed, and that's the power supply. 750w and up is fine; 650w is probably doable; anything less is likely to have problems. The 4070 TiS draws maybe 75w more than the 3060 Ti in typical gaming use.

is there a way to see in windows system info or something? because if so, I couldn't see it when I was checking. and thanks for answering!

I very much doubt that Windows (or any other OS) has insight into the power supply. You'll probably have to take the covers off and look for a sticker on the PSU, or try to look up the specs for your exact unit.

Looking up Legion T7 34IAZ7 in general, it looks like the options are a 500w supply, a 550w 220v-only supply, and an 850w supply. I doubt that you have the 500w supply with a 3060 Ti, and if you're in North America, which I am guessing might be the case, you won't have the 550w supply. So you might be OK. It would be good to verify that if you can, though.

I'm from Israel, but my big question is whether the card will fit my case or if you have any good recommendations that go well with the i7 12700kf.

Lenovo Legions look like they're generally mid-atx towers, which means it's likely it would fit. Without knowing the exact specs of your case and the specific card, we can't say for sure. It'll also depend on how the internals are laid out, the motherboard may be differently sized and put something in a weird location or the way the cooling or cabling is routed or if for some reason there are other PCIe expansion slots in use, that could interfere as well.

I guess the easiest way to tell would be to measure your 3060Ti and then get a 4070TS that's close to the same dimensions.

Also, as KS mentioned, your PSU may be a limiting factor as well.
